Well, I thought this was a great post of yummy and quick dinner ideas…then I got to the printable recipe cards and thought “oh how sweet of her!”…then I got to the printable GROCERY list! Thanks so much!! After summer, and a move, and transitioning back to school, my dinner planning has fallen by the wayside. Lots of last-minute pancakes and grilled cheese being had here lately ; ) LOVE this post and all the extras you’ve included to make an easy week of good meals! I needed this!

Okay, I am seriously in love with this site! I made the chicken bruschetta bake last night (soooo good – my hubby and I both wanted the leftovers for lunch today, but I was nice and packed them in his lunchbox today) and then today my 3-year-old and 2-year-old made the stained glass apples.
Tomorrow we are planning to make leaf people and Friday night after the kids are in bed, hubby and I will be having a puzzle date and some hot apple cider. Thanks so much for all the inspiration and fun! My family is loving that we are turning into a ‘happy home.’

Susan – Thank you so much for your kind words!! I am so glad your Happy Home liked the chicken bruschetta bake. My hubs could eat that stuff for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You were very sweet to give him the last of it. 🙂 I hope Happy Home Fairy continues to bless you with many more Happy moments!

This is seriously a HUGE help! I don’t have any little ones yet, but I always struggle with dinner ideas for my hubby! I can’t wait to try them out – unfortunately I am fridge-less at the moment thanks to the massive flooding here in NJ. I get a new fridge delivered tomorrow and I’ll be stocking it full of these recipe ingredients… can’t wait to get back to cooking again! (I think I’m having withdrawal…!)

I can’t wait for your fridge to arrive too!!! I am sorry about the flooding! I used to live in New Jersey! I hope that you are safe! Can’t wait to hear about your week of cooking. 🙂

Is it crazy of me to think that a great idea would be for your readers to submit 1 weeks worth of recipes?! I would totally do it – that way – your site would have months worth of recipes and all bundled together by the week 🙂 If you don’t like something, then you swap it out with a different recipe!
Just saying – I’d love it -and we’d all save money because we wouldn’t have to buy them off those “weeks menu” sites…and they are kid tested/mother approved, because I’m assuming your target audience has children or cooks for children 🙂
🙂
